It’s no secret that yoga offers a multitude of inner and outer benefits—the art of breathing, meditation and posing is a dynamic and refreshing approach to attaining physical and emotional health. One of the unique components in yoga is pranayama, or the practice of one’s breath. For example, when you breathe in through your nose during a tense or frustrating situation, your body naturally relaxes itself. As busy humans in a time-controlled world, we don’t give our bodies enough credit for the ways that we can organically find balance, both mentally and physically.
Edge of Seven invites you to join us on Saturday, September 8th at Asana Yoga Studio in Arvada, CO for a day of yoga classes! Come experience for yourself the rejuvenating benefits to your body and soul. (If you don’t live in Colorado and have a connection to a yoga studio elsewhere, feel free to host your own day of yoga! Contact Edge of Seven at email@example.com for more information).
Asana Yoga Studio has generously donated their studio and talented instructors to host Afternoon of Yoga: Benefit to Support Women and Girls in Rural Nepal. All proceeds from the classes will go to the Edge of Seven’s Community Development Program, creating educational opportunities for girls and their communities in rural Nepal. Between 1:30pm and 6:30pm, Asana Studio will offer five unique (and enticing) classes open to the public.
